Your holiday apartment provides
The villa which is run by the German landlady is situated in quiet and rural surroundings. Sun beds and umbrellas are available.
A footpath leads to the beach of  Platanias in 80 meters distance where surfboards, pedalos, sunbeds and umbrellas are offered for rent. There is also a beach bar.

The place fits in the same way the needs of those who look for peace or for active holidays, as the interests of nature or culture lovers. In the garden there are flowers, palm-trees and other trees, and a barbecue facility.
The rooftop terrace allows marvellous views of the town of Rethymnon, the sea and the mountains.
Guests of Villa Dorothea are allowed to use the swimming pool and the beach facilities of the neighbouring hotel.

When returning from the beach, you can use the outdoor shower in the villa's garden.
