| Process of Reservation and Payment |

Reservation |
| As soon as you submit an on-line form we will receive the content by e-mail. |
|
| 2. |
Invoice |
| After all details are clear, we will issue a detailed Invoice and send it to you by e-mail. |
| It will also show the bank connection for the transfer of the Down Payment of 25 %. |

| 3. |
Rental Contract |
| After arrival of the Down Payment, we will send the Final Reservation Confirmation to you by e-mail. |
| By the time that the Down Payment arrives the Rental Contract will come into life as well. |

| 4. |
Payment |
| The remaining amount (75 % of the Grand Total) is due upon arrival, and to be paid straight to us. |

| 5. |
Subsequent Alteration or Cancellation |
| In most cases, we will be able to arrange any Subsequent Alterations without additional costs. In case that any costs should incur, we will inform you by e-mail prior to fixing the Alteration. |
| With any cancellation earlier than 6 weeks before the date of arrival we will keep a cancellation fee of 25.00 Euro and transfer the rest of your deposit back. |
| With cancellation within 6 weeks before the date of arrival we reserve the right to keep in the deposit. |
| Attention: In case that you should not arrive by the scheduled time and should not give any delay information, it will be assumed that the reservation shall be cancelled. We will then be allowed to give the reserved accommodation to someone else. |
